Can we run Officesuite and Report Suite on our own server?
When providing PC based products we will always provide a separate system for this, there is then no danger of cross interference between products. In addition, in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, we are able to replace all products with no disruption to your IT services.
Our Call Recording solution that links to report suite is fully encrypted, and as such this must be provided, supported, and managed by ourselves for it to retain the encryption.
How do we gain access to our Call Recordings?
To record calls, you must firstly have our Report Suite Call Recording Product. From this we will provide access to an online portal for all your call details; the call recordings are then accessible in .wav file and can be downloaded, stored and emailed if necessary.
Is On Demand Call Recording admissible in a court of law?
Our Report Suite Call Recording server based product is fully encrypted and is admissible in a court of law; however On Demand Call Recording is not. On Demand Call Recording is a very cost effective option that allows recordings to be stored and emailed if necessary but as these are not stored in a centralised location they cannot be encrypted.
