We are happy to support any of the products that we supply, but as for generic IT support we are unable to provide this. We do however work with partners in various sectors so please get in touch and we will be happy to provide recommendations.
What does your maintenance cover?
Our standard maintenance includes cover against all faults and failure of any Mitel branded equipment including any call outs required. Sennheiser headsets and Konftel conference units are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The maintenance contract also covers general help and support, and provides unlimited remote support and dial ins with an active Software Assurance. This covers anything from name changes on handsets, to additional extension creations, contact book management, to out of hours programming, holiday diverts, and general programming.
Our maintenance does not cover elements that should be covered under an insurance policy such as water damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.
