Virgin Media customers have been taking to Social Media to express their dismay that they may have to cope with slow internet, or not even be able to access the internet until 18th January 2017…
It is unclear on the number of users affected, however it is a problem that was admitted to the Daily Star Online by a Virgin Media spokesperson, and a simple check on Twitter shows how broad this problem is.
The main issues seem to be in South West London, however reports have been made across the country including in Leeds.
As such whilst we do not install Virgin Media broadband connections for our clients, there is a possibility that some may be affected if working from home across a VPN or other locations on a Virgin circuit.
